Bruschetta Con Feta

A combination of fresh chopped tomatoes, diced red onions, basil, garlic, olive oil and balsamic vinegar topped with a layer of Feta cheese.  Served with alternating slices of our fresh Italian bread toasted with olive oil, pesto sauce, and finished with Parmesan cheese.

6.5% Alcohol/Volume

A beautiful golden pale color with a pleasant bouquet of aromatic hops blending perfectly with our Belgian yeast strain.  The hops and malt in this beer resemble an American-Style IPA while the yeast contributes to its fruity character.  Hop heads and Belgian beer lovers rejoice.
